Ich hatte vor etwa 2 Wochen Probleme, da ging fast gar nicht bei der ARD (1,x MB/s). Weder mit Mediatheview noch mit mit anderen Programmen wie z. B. jDownloader.
Danach ist wieder alles in Ordnung. Meist etwa 30MB/s.
