Problem mit Java

Nach Umstellung auf Win10 habe ich das Problem, dass ich beim Start von MediathekView.exe das Fenster mit fehlendem https://www.java.com/de/download/ obwohl ich es installiert habe. Wird wohl nicht erkannt. Mit Win7 war alles wunderbar.
Wo muss ich nachschauen?
