JdbcSQLException for all versions >= 13.1.0

For versions 13.1.0 - 13.1.6 I get LOTS(!) of errors like
. JdbcSQLException:

My last working version is 13.0.6
java -version shows
java version “1.8.0_181”
Java SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_181-b13)
Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.181-b13, mixed mode)on Gentoo Linux
What am I missing?
Many thanks for a hint,

@hjarausch latest version is 13.1.3. the .1.1 should have fixed these problems already.
Before start completely delete the database folder in .mediathek3. It will be rebuilt and the problems should disappear
